Default EK Civic/Integra brake swap and H22A wiring

I'm in the process of doing an H22A swap into my 1997 Civic HX. I'm also upgrading the suspension/chassis/brakes.

I've got access to the complete brakes from a 1999 Integra. I know they'll work on a EG, but what do I have to do to get them to work on an EK? People say they'll work, others say they won't work, so I need the straight scoop.

If I switch the brakes complete with the trailing arms, will I have to use the tie in that fits the EG and 'Teg? I'm going to use and ASR lower and 22mm swaybar. I've already ordered the EK brace so I may be in trouble here.

Can anyone also point me in the right direction on what I have to do to convert my HX harness to run the H22?
