Easiest way of removing tint
Damn, I must have had it easy. My car had mirror tint all over it when I got it; I picked at the corner of the window until it started to come up, and peeled the whole sheet off by hand. A little Goo Gone and that was it.
i used some stuff from walmart called tint-off and a razor blade and it worked just fine. just be careful you don't cut up those defrosters on the back window.
Here is a quick way: Ride aroung town with your camera, find a car that resembles yours without tinted windows, take a pic, take the pic to court with you and there you go. Oh, you might not want to drive your car (with the tint still on it) to court
hahahahaha I know someone who did this, classic!

take some mildly diluted ammonia, 5:1 (ammonia to water). spray the windows that you want the tint off of. put black plastic trash bags on the window as if you were gluing them to the window. covering as much as you can. leave the car on full blast heat and set it in the sun for a couple hours. come back and you'll notice how easy the tint film comes off. the reason for the heat (as long as you pull the film off slow when you go to remove it) is that it makes the glue really soft so you have much less (glue) to scrape and steel wool once the film is all off.
