Easiest way of removing tint
Alright Frankie Fraaaaaaaaaash. I'll call you in a little bit, I would just go up to my shop but its my day off and they always pull me off what I'm doing...so thats a no no.
i just paid a $211.00 fine for my tint, $125.00 for the fine and $86.00 processing fee, i had 33%
the limit is 50%, but i been told by my neighbor( a state trooper) that you should get a 7% leeway so you should be able to go as low a 43% without getting pulled, or you can be a real rebel and not get your windows tinted

i took mine off when i had my srt, it was snowing outside and i just cracked the window so i could get to the top and scraped it with a razer blade, took me less than 5 mins to do all 4 windows. i suggest that way, once you get a edge it should peel unless they used some crazy glue to put it on.
take some mildly diluted ammonia, 5:1 (ammonia to water). spray the windows that you want the tint off of. put black plastic trash bags on the window as if you were gluing them to the window. covering as much as you can. leave the car on full blast heat and set it in the sun for a couple hours. come back and you'll notice how easy the tint film comes off. the reason for the heat (as long as you pull the film off slow when you go to remove it) is that it makes the glue really soft so you have much less (glue) to scrape and steel wool once the film is all off.
