Question dim, pulsing lights, and clutch help

when i run my car with the lights on, the headlights and gauge lights kind of pulse with the motor. i was thinking it is the alternator, just not sure...
also... when i let the clutch out, it sticks about a half an inch of the way in when i let off of it, but it is not engaged. then other times it will come all the way out. but i can feel the half an inch of play in it when i just set my foot on the peddle and barely puch, like i can feel the point where the clutch engages and disengages. do i just need to get it adjusted? cuz like i said , it doesnt do it all the time...
and with the lights, it seems like when the car warms up after a while, it stops...

alternator with the dimming lights-

you'll know for sure if your car won't start in a few days or just randomly cuts off.

and the clutch problem is a throwout bearing-

if you're going to replace the bearing, you're also better off getting the clutch and flywheel replaced also. It'll be a lot of hassle just to get the tranny worked on for a bearing replacement.

That's why it always says to use lots of grease in the instructions, I had the same problem with the moving clutch engagement point.

If the bearing is still good, then just coat it with white lithium grease, but don't get it all over the clutch, and flywheel surface.
