Default Computer Plasma Cutting

One of the several things my shop does is computer plasma cutting, and lately the machine has been more-or-less sitting unused, which is bumming me out due to the cost of the machine.

Cutting is extremely accurate, and can cut any metal up to 1" thick.
Works great for any sheetmetal projects, brackets, motor mounts, gauge panels, switch panels, gussets, etc.

Max dimensions of the part has to be within approximately 4' by 8'.

If you can draw it, I can probably make it for you

Feel free to ask any questions, all quote requests should be emailed to hansenperformance (at) gmail.com

Thanks for reading

how are you planning to base price estimates? by complexity, size, thickness, or actual time estimate the plasma cutter will be sucking down some serious juice?

Estimates are based on:

-Raw material cost (none if metal is supplied by customer)
-Amount of time necessary for actual design (computer time)
-Quantity (after the initial design is set up, doing duplicates is far less time consuming).

And this is thread three. Seriously, they are all going to get locked at this rate even if you are a vendor (which I even gave you props for in Thread 1).
