Default vtec cutting in and out

I am having a problem with my vtec...it cuts in and out...my oil level is good, I have a brand new vtec solenoid/pressure switch, wiring is good, tried different ecu, and nothing problem still persists...any info would be great....the car is a 92 civic hb cx with a b16a2...thanks for any input

no im not throwing any codes and the speed sensor seems to be working fine...

You may want to check the Vtec solenoid gasket. It tends to get get clogged sometimes.

I just put a brand new vtec solenoid out it...the whole unit...solenoid and the part where the gasket is...

have you checked your fuel pressure, or any other fuel components, or have you tried resetting the ecu.
