Computer Plasma Cutting
One of the several things my shop does is computer plasma cutting, and lately the machine has been more-or-less sitting unused, which is bumming me out due to the cost of the machine.
Cutting is extremely accurate, and can cut any metal up to 1" thick.
Works great for any sheetmetal projects, brackets, motor mounts, gauge panels, switch panels, gussets, etc.
Max dimensions of the part has to be within approximately 4' by 8'.
If you can draw it, I can probably make it for you
Feel free to ask any questions, all quote requests should be emailed to hansenperformance (at) gmail.com

I think one thread is enough.
You had better get hopping on getting that vendor status too.

Re: Computer Plasma Cutting
Pics will be up soon, Most of the work I've done so far was in a big hurry, so there wasn't much time to take pictures. I should also add that I do welding and other metal fabrication too.
One item that seems to be popular is taking simple metal projects such as gussets/brackets that have a logo or the name of your company in them to make it your own. It really does create a nice finished and custom look.
Honestly the things that can be created with this machine are only limited to your imagination.
One other thing I have in the works is a very good possibility of getting a 5 axis waterjet. When this happens I will be able to manufacture MANY more things. The only wait on that is to make 100% sure there is enough demand in this area to pay for the machine itself, which costs upwards of $100k
