Default Clutch/Transmission, not sure the problem?

So yesterday while driving down 95 my cars 5th gear just stopped working and im not sure why. if you guys could give me some pointers that would be great. i checked all the fluids and they are fine i just added a bunch this morning but still doesnt work. the car is a 88 accord lxi just for reference. thanx

on the right track, not the whole transaxle though. you more than likely have a synchro gone bad and thats really not that bad to fix if your familiar with a FWD transaxle. its not going to hurt to drive it, you just don't have 5th gear.
