Arrow down to 1 problem with mini me swap

when i step on the gas the car takes a really long time to kick in. starts of like really really slow then everything kicks in like a shot of nos. also when i get to stop signs and lights the car starts bogging down or stalls.

Anyone know whats going on? I think it has to do with throttle cable and kick down cable. if not maybe timing is off????
