civic eg b swap question!!
okay, i have a 95 civic dx 5 speed and a junked auto LS integra. what im trying to figure out is what parts that i can use from the integra for my swap, my goals is to do it the most cost effecient way.

i was looking at this diagram and i had a question for the mounts... it says on there that i can use my civics tranny mount for the b swap so would the rest of the mounts and brackets whether they are from a auto or manual matter? since im using my civics 5 speed tranny mount?

Re: civic eg b swap question!!
the only mounts you can use is the timing cover mount and ac torque bracket. and yes you can use the top tranny mount out of the civic but thats it

Re: civic eg b swap question!!
i hope your not attempting to swap in an auto trans thats a huge can of worms thats not fun easy and only a handful of people have done to my knowledge and it was done using a b16 auto trans from a Eg and gobs of wiring from my understanding.

Re: civic eg b swap question!!
Really not worth it to use the auto. Save yourself a ton of headaches and get a cheap b series manual. Your civic is already a manual so you have everything already there (clutch pedal/master cylinder, and wiring)... compared to going auto you would have to deal with wiring, and converting everything to auto... Plus the auto is such a slug when compared to like a LS with a b16 or GSR tranny...
My $.02...
My $.02...
