Default civic conversion question

how can you make a civic obd2 to a complete obd1 meaning i can use a obd1 dizzy, heres my problem i did a d15b swap in my 2000 civic and i put the obd2 dizzy on the motor the dizzy doesnt bolt up so its turned upside down to bolt up in 2 holes the obd1 dizzy wont plug into the obd1 harness so how can i completely convert my obd2 to obd1 and what parts will i need to do this and i also did a 5 speed conversion and kept the auto ecu

You are going to have more problems then just that. The obd2 ecu looks for a crank fluctuation sensor also, located on the oil pump, obd1 motors do not have this. As far as the distributor is concerned you can depin the obd2 dizzy and the obd1 one and use the obd2 connector on the obd1 dizzy. Just right down which wire went where.

You should also run the proper ECU to prevent CEL. The auto ECU is looking for certain parameters caused by the auto tranny. Convert to OBD1 by getting an ECU conversion harness. Then run a P28.
