can 2.3 vtec head fit on 2.2 block
can a 98 honda accord 2.3 liter cylinder head fit on a 94 honda 2.2 accord ex vtec block
my 94 has all stock parts on it, if it does fit would i need to change the ecu or anything else to make it work properly

I would think they would work if its the same series blocks...kinda like swapping B series heads or D or H series for that matter..Hope this may help but If I'm wrong someone will correct me...
