THe integras that race are not even type r's they are ls body's with gsr motors worked over with an LS head with killer cams in it.

It is nothing big.... Forgot what part number they were, but all the are is a mild street cam... Stock valves and springs. I have beasted those valves up to 85000. With a chiped ecu.. If I were you I would get better springs also. Because if you usually get past redline you start to float the valves.

I had 2 LS engine setups, one turbo and one all motor. I use crower cams in both. I had crower 404's on my all motor setup, but with those cams I had to raise my compression ratio to 11:1, and upgraded my valve train. It was a big difference over all. Loved that 8500 redline. If you want to get cams most likey you are gonna have to change your springs and retainers.

VTEC IS GAY. Just put some high lob cams in LS motor and rev the fuck out of it.

No one uses vtec in racing.
