Default Brake Warning Light

i have a 96 I30t

recently the brake warning light has been flashing, not consistent flashing, but more like its coming on and off. ill be driving down the highway, say turning slightly to the right and it will stay on. however if i do the same to the left, it goes off completely. and its not always on. brakes seem to work fine, i checked the fluid and it was full.

You may have a cracked ABS encoder ring on one of your wheels. I had that happen on a old Maxima I had a long time ago, it would only happen while turning because the ring was inertially shifting around. Mine happened to also smack the wheelspeed sensor, it was fun to replace all of that with a tight budget.

Those would cause an ABS light. Try filling the fliud PERFECT, and then give a few taps to the top of the reservoir. Sometime's those floats get stuck.
