e- brake light

Default e- brake light

ok in the mornings i get up to come to work and im leaving and as im leaving my e brake is all the way down and the light is still on... but the light is dim but when i put the ebrake up the light gets bright... and it stays on for a while, while im driving the light remains on for about 10 min and then it turns off... but it only happens in the mornin..so i dont know what the hell is worng but it makes me wonder if the brake is still on or just the light?????

if some 1 could help please let me know something......

take the center console out, adjust the copper switch contact so its no so sensitive. Bend it slightly until it takes some ebrake handle travel to light up the brake light. thats all i got bro

I dont know if this helps but it happened in my old camaro once. Same exact thing. I replaced my pads and rotors and the light went away. Dont know if that has anything to do with it but

Check your brake fluid and make sure it is topped off. Also test the master cylinder reservoir cap and make sure the sensor in it is not failing.
