Do you have abs?

edit: nevermind, I didnt see 92 civic so thats a no then.

I would give a good look over the lines with the wheel fully turned

Replace your brake lines. It sounds like you have a small cut or tear inone of them and when it is fully extended it lets in air.

Not true, ex modles came with abs. (sometimes)
