The Bailey DV's are typically good but if it's a diaphram diverter valve, the diaphram may need to be replaced. Is it a piston valve, or diaphram? Change the diverter valve if you have another you can try out. Even if it's a piston valve, if the valve doesn't close all the way, it will cause a leak.

Well bailey uses the piston type, and the only other DV i have is the stock one. And that will be hard to use as a guage as well because it will release too soon.

Well, on my FD (which had miles of vacuum hose) i would.....
Start car, let idle.
Spray little bursts of ether any where i thought there "MAY" be a leak.
If you find the leak, idle will rise...
This method is tired and true, just watch your paint, (and your exhaust...lol)
