Default big problem..

Ok this has been going on for awhile now.

When i cut my car on and put it in gear to move i hear a grinding(i dont me grinding gears) coming from my tranny and its getting worse. I am thinking that my release bearing is shot. is there anything i can do or possibly fix it.

syncros might be shot, maybe the TO bearing is going bad but those will whine usually...i remember you saying you had a poor clutch pedal in a previous thread, are you sure that the clutch is fully disengaging? you may have air in the line still and when you push the clutch all the way down, you are only really getting about a half pedals worth of movement.
