Default b18 smoking, turbo sizing (2 questions)

I have a sleeved and bored 2.0L Integra gsr. The bottom end has cp pistons with eagle rods. I currently have a greddy turbo kit with TD05 18G turbo.

Sometimes when at a stop light my car will smoke pretty bad. Its is a whitish oil smelling smoke. it only happens sometimes and when the engine is still cold. I just checked the turbo and it has quite a bit of side to side shaft play. no back and forth. So i figure its prolly my turbo going bad?

Next if thats the problem I will be looking to replace the turbo and manifold. What would you recomend. I have a small budget. The car currently puts down 275 hp on a mustang dyno.(dyno inc.) It spools decently fast. I would like to keep those same characteristics but with maybe 350hp. What turbo and manifold would you suggest. thanks

It could be your turbo.. but it could also be a number of other things. Do a compression test and leakdown for diagnostic.
