hes been brainwashed by advertisements. Being the finely educated man I am, i love to pick apart these hp claims. read the fine print and look at the cheesey dyno graphs they provide on the ads. the peak horse power will be like at 9k and with other mods listed in the fine print. theres a science to tricking people into buying shit...it goes the same with literature and politics. Geting back on topic, honda tuning did an article where they shot for 200whp NA out of a gsr with just simple bolt ons. They got to like 198 with cams, intake, intake manifold, cam gears, header and exhaust...which is damn good. lookin at low 14's in an integra at that point.

when adding bolt ons and getting dyno'd...always hope for the worse. your more than likely to get what you expected, but once in awhile you might get a surprise by a few more hp than previously thought.

 

flywheel can help, but a clutch kit will add the same amount of hp that stickers would....jack shit

 

also gotta be careful what dyno you use,

i did like 124 on a mustang and 141 on a dynojet with basically the same stuff.
