Default 99 gsr question

im helping a friend drop in a 99 jdm gsr in his ek coupe...but it didnt come with the power steering pump and he wanted power steering.just wanted to know if i could use any b series pump or would i use a gsr ps pump.also what brackets would i use? thanks

you need to change out your manual rack for a p/s rack, not just the pump. otherwise, how are you going to connect your lines to the rack?

if you use a b-series p/s pump, you can use a b-series p/s bracket.

the confusion here must be coming from the use/interchangeability of civic (d-series) vs. integra (b-series) a/c compressors & brackets.
