Default 89 Thunderbird SC. Headgasket

I just bought a thunderbird v6 supercharged. It has a blown headgasket. I am currently in the process of taking it all apart right now. Once the heads are off, should I have them resurfaced? just resurfaced? what else can i/should i do while they are off?

What else should I look into doing while its all stripped down?

I would have the head rebuilt just because it's off, that's if you're not strapped for cash.

Shouldn't be more than $500? Try Abacus Racing, they can give you a price range.

X2. I have tried being cheap in the past and it has always cost me more.
