check your fuel pressure regulator.

started up right away right after we rebuilt it the it loaded u with oil and i know it is burning oil

no no no after it warmed up oil enterted the combustion chamber and started to smoke. we can clear out the cylinders with carb cleaner and it will fire up right away until it loads up again with oil.
