Back when I bought my s13 it didnt have a door key so I just dont leave anything important in it and never lock it. I was wondering can a locksmith or the dealership somehow make me a door key? Or do I need to put new key cylinders in the doors (or if they are even changeable...?) .

Also, my hatch is weird... I can put any key in the hatch lock but itll only go in like an inch or half inch and then I can turn to the right and pull up on the hatch and itll open... What should I do about that? Just replace the lock?

there's 1 key for every lock on the car, no such thing as a "hatch key" and a "door key" its all the same key, the previous owner probably put different doors on it and didn't bother changing the locks cause they were probably fucking retarded, you can take the vin to the dealership and they can sell you the door locks that go with your current key

Last I heard, dealers cant cut any more keys more 240s since they're so old. Your best bet would probably be a locksmith or finding locks with a key from the junkyard.

Well even if I got keys for my doors, Id still be SOL because any key can open my hatch. Damnit!
