Default 14" tire question

I just need a little advice for a good tire size to run on 14" rims. I want to stick with 195 if I can. But I want something that looks good, performs well too. Thankyou for our input!

It's really hard to find a good sized 14''. Your best bet would be to pick up some 15's.

95/60/14 Falken Azenis.

Bout the best you are going to get performance wise, and their prices on the 14'' are very good. Other than that, more of a daily tire, Yokohama ES100's.

14'' tires are cheap, can't beat them.

you'll need this link to find out the plus zero-two sizing for your car:

discount tire

then this link to see if the over all dia is going to throw off your speedo:

tire calc

and finally this link for more selection in tires:

tire rack

you don't always need large rims and low profiles to perform well. i felt absolutely no sidewall flex autocrossing a miata on 14s. because the car is light and rims are the lightest you'll find without spending a bundle. so it doesn't always pay to go up in rim size.

beyond that look into falken azenis rt-615 195/60-14 for a start.

Good stuff! I think I'm going to go for the Azenis. Besides, I do have a set of 15" wheels I'm going to use for daily driving, going with 205/50/15 for those.
