Question 02 sensors

Im looking to put a header on my civic but I looked at the stock exhaust and noticed something. It apears that the cat and the manifold are one piece. Not only that but of course I have 2 02 sensors one before and after the cat. Now I put a header on i will have 2 buy a new cat and run the 2nd 02 sensor behind it under the car right. Let me know if this sounds right or not.

yes, that is correct but it would be better to just cut off the cat and weld up a turbo. lol
