Default 00 si problem

I m in the middle of swapping a new motor in y car but i cant get the hub nut off. tried a 6' breaker bar and an impact wrench so far but if someone has another suggestion let me know

Hub nut? your talking about the AXLE Nut correct? If so, When mine wouldn't come loose, I had my 300LB friend stand on the breaker bar.

get bigger compressor. impact is just the thing for thoes stubborn nuts. also make sure you have the tabs pulled out of the axel shaft. just need a small flat blade screwdriver to bend it back.

soak it in pb blaster and jerk hard (wow that sounded gay) on the breaker bar, dont gradually apply weight to it.

i just did mine, i had to put my car on the ground and have someone hold the breaks and i put the wrentch on it and and i jumped on it


and on the other one that was on there i had to use a chizzle to cut threw the side of it to release the tention off it
