Default Annoying whistling sound in neutral

Hey, I am experiencing an annoying slightly high pitched whistly when i am in neutral mostly, or at a low RPM, don't think it happens above 2000RPM. I have a short ram ractive air intake on it, if that helps the situation at all, tell me what you think guys.
Thanks.

make sure all the components related to your intake are securely fastened. Ie couplers, filter, etc. theres probably a small gap somewhere thats making the whistle.
