This is rediculous. There HAS to be something to increase new member addition to this site or somthing that will bring existing members back.

Honestly, people need to make noobs not rage quit 15min after joining. It's gotten to the point that as soon as they post their welcome post, with shitty pictures of their Honda or something else, they get 6 pages of flame within 10 minutes. Those users stalking see that, and move onto other forums and mediums for this stuff. Just saying.

We just need to give people a slight break and allow them to show if they're worthless or not. Don't just assume because of their car that they won't contribute positively..

 

Id guess 99.5% of that traffic is people looking at the classifieds, seeing that you can sell a complete pile of shit, built by some ass-clown in a storage unit for 50x the amount of blue book.

Its getting to the point where im gonna get in "the honda game" buy Honda's at a auction for 900..Make an alias name on here, use words like "mint, dope, fresh" and sell it for 12k

Make a new user post limit before they can enter the classifieds section?

That way they are forced to use the other forums, show their contribution to the forum, and if they desire use the FS section and disappear forever.

Lee, he's not new. At all. He has a history of also asking for the same illegal inspections. And it's also different than trolling to the point of facebook, gay listings, and rage quit.

And hey, trolling is alright to an extent. But anymore it's to the point that as soon as they join they're chased away. Moderation is key.

 

Fuck that what ever happened to quality over quantity? I'd rather have 10 insightful funny members that post useful, interesting stories, and actually add relevant content than 10k dipshits like the ones we've "run off".

 

Who knows. They could've posted shit a week after they joined that would've made your balls drop, but because he drove a certain car, or autocorrect fucked up spelling, or some other dumbass thing happened in his thread, we won't know. I like most everyone on this forum for one reason or another, one run in or another, but purposely singling someone out because of something they said, spelled wrong, or whatever, just to run them off, does that make you any better than the classified junkies? All I'm saying, lay off. Give them a week or two, or hell, another post after their first to decide if they deserve to be ran off. Give some slack, have patience.
