dash harness caught on fire, can i use a obd1?

Ive got a 98 gsr integra, the guy who put some gauges in before left an open wire and it caught on fire through the entire harness. Now ive got a extra obd1 setup if i use the whole harness and the fuse box will the 94 work?

if you use everything, i believe it will work, but your srs wont work unless u use the 94 spec airbags, hope this helps
