f22 non vtech

what can ya'll tell me about a non vtech f22 i got one and dont know if i should build it or use it as a daily

You can build AND use it as a daily driver. I don't know much about F22 as I do the F23's but I know F23's hold boost well. If the 22 is the same then BUILD FOR BOOST. What kinda car would it go into?
