Default valve adjustment

forgot the order of cylinders to adjust the valves, i thought it was 1 3 2 4, but then i thought it was 1 4 3 2 , somebody tell me so i can do it, i dont have a manual at the house either........

I REAAAAAALY need to get my valves adjusted. Last time i got my old motor done they did them wayyy too tight. My damn car couldnt hold a good idle and would stall out when i came to a stop haha.... Damn she was quiet though


im sorta skeptical on where to take it now....

i adjusted the valves on my old dohc non-vtec h23. isnt it a bit more difficult on a vtec? not sure i wanna do it myself the first time. rather have someone. cuse i need to adjust mine pretty damn soon... tickity tick tick =]

sears has the gauge set for $6.99 this is the angled gauges for all honda heads.

The nice special tool really helps on DOHC heads too..
