okie seriously get off his nute....read what spooledex put....therefore he didnt know and sold it as what he believed it to be....it was an honest mistake and therefore if you didnt sign anythign he by any type of law does not owe you anythign....you as the buyer should have checked it out

 

he could take him to court though and there is nothing garunteeing his lack of responsibility. when selling something, you make sure you know what you are selling.

 

well to update this thread, he said that he was paying court fees but he would pay me back. now i see him posting on threads about buying shit that more than what he owes me. aint life grand. by the way i am posting this because this seems to be all that is getting his attention.
