last night i drove 6 hours to pickup what i was told to be a JDM B16 cable tranny with LSD, the LSD was specified over the phone, for $300. when i took it apart today to checkout what i got i found it to be a stock LS tranny. is there anything i can do? the guy wont return my phonecalls. here it the thread link https://www.vadriven.com/forums/parts-archive-77/jdm-b16-tranny-223843/. the guys username is DAinteg91.

You should of signed a contract saying if this is not infact what he said it was or it is not to your likings he will refund your money. But pretty much I don't think there is anything you can do.

Thats what I do when I buy & sell trans.
If they refuse to do what is written & signed, you can take them to court.

 

Make several copies of his original posts to keep for your records before he edits his posts.

 

drive 6 hours and wait at his house for him to show up. if he refuses to refund, then kick his ass.
