I recently purchased some stuff for my evo off of a member from lancerforums.com I already contacted paypal authorities and etc, and also tried contacting the guy who sold me the shiet! Basically i ordered an intake and boostgauge last saturday, about 10 days ago from today. He already has my money and told me he sent it out monday with usps airmail. Airmail in my opinion, doesn't take no freaking week to get from ohio to virginia. What can i do, I contacted the moderators on the site, paypal, tried calling him and some other stuff. There is another guy that got scammed as well, he paid well over 700 bucks for his stuff and haven't received it yet. On ebay it says that he is a great seller with good feedbacks and on lancerforums.com he has 2 positive feedbacks, but for some reason this fag is trying to play childish games with me. He was supposed to give me the tracking number for the shiet he sent, but never gave it to me, I've been calling him for the past few days on the cell that I talked to him a week ago, and nobody answers. He's all the way in Ohio, but not sure if me and that other guy who got scammed can actually sue him or get our money back. If you have some good advice, let me know please. Thanks!

 

I know a guy who scammed on eBay got arrested so if you've contacted PayPal let them do their thing and if that don't work look into reporting it to the police in both your area and his.

Ill most likely wait til paypal to do something, if they cannot, then me and the other guy who've got scammed will both report our local police stations and the guy who scammed us in cleveland, oh. hopefully he did in fact send out stuff out, but its been well over 10 days, long ass time to send some small stuff!!

 

Took about a week for stuff to get to me from here when I went to school in Indy so don't freak just yet. He should've sent it FedEx or UPS though, I only use them when shipping stuff.

 

Give it a little more time, shipping takes time... but if he doesnt send anything, just make sure you file the complaint with paypal and ebay in enough time i think its like a month from the date of the incident

 

after 30days of the transaction paypal can no longer be involved or return your money, so keep your days counted

 

Did he give you a tracking number?

 

yeah Ive been scammed on ebay twice first time paypal retrieved my money and the second time I had to file mail fraud against the seller with USPS

nah, his ass didn't give either of us the tracking number, he told me he sent it out last monday through usps airmail. I got the phone number and address to where the car is being held at in Ohio 8- ) hmmmm, they are parting out his car and selling it piece by piece because his tranny freaked up and he doesnt have money to fix it. Im calling those guys up and gonna see if his fcar is stil there. I heard hes only an 18 year, wtf is an 18 year doin drivin an evo with 8 grand worth of mods, damn rich fuk, if hes scammin us im surely gonna whoop his ass
