Laptop for sale "Lowballers Welcome"

Ok... I have this on Craiglist too and am not getting any hits on it, so i'll try it on here. I can assure you it is not stolen, upon purchase i can give you all the information on me you want to have and i'll even write up a contract saying I sold it to you.
Now that i've gotten that out of the way, on to the laptop:
-it was a gift from my mother for going to college, but needless to say I already had one lol. So I just wanna see what I can get as a trade of just sell right out. Only asking $200
-Comes with Carrying case, and charger.
-Was my mothers old work laptop, only used for taxes, and slight internet use.
-Cd player/burner
NO VIRUSES or anything bad was ever on this laptop.
The GOOD:
- Only used maybe a total of 50+ Hrs.
- Perfect if your a student, or use the internet frequently
- Very well maintained, cleaned often, anti-virus software used
The BAD:
- Needs someone to override the laptop to figure out why it won't let you upload any disks or programs. (was for work and they put a block or something on it) Dont have time, money or effort to mess with it. Sounds like a simple fix.

-Just looked up that code, and yes the laptop I have resembles that one ALOT! Except mine isn't a panasonic, its an HP.
