ok guys tell me if this truck is worth it!!
Hi all,
That truck is not worth it at all, that is alot of miles for the price, And gas will kill you.
If you are serious about getting a truck I would look at a F250 diesel 4x4....you could get almost 20 mpg and diesel last forever.
Cummins makes a sweet engine to, but dodge transmissions are junk, unless it's a manuel.....but who wants to shift a big truck any way.
I you buy the chevy plan on keeping it because you will be so upside down that you won't ever be able to sell.
When buying a truck ask yourself what will I use it for. If you just sold a del sol I don't think you really have much use for a full size truck.
Try looking at a toyota or a nissian great reliabilty and good gas mileage.
My truck sits on 35's and I currently get less then 10mpg on the highway. Also tires are around $300 a piece.
Good luck

well i really dont want a diesel so i guess i will just pass on getting a truck. I am used to paying a lot on gas so thats no biggie. My del sol only got about 20mpg or less and I had to use premium. So i know about gas. I dont want a small truck either i want a car or truck that is comfortable for four people to sit in.
oh well at this moment i dont want to pay a car note anyway. Maybe in the next year i will find something better

Get a 6 cylinder truck, good gas and cheap. I have a silverado 1500 5.3L on stock wheels and tires and get like 10 mpg, dont let little things stop you from getting what you want. If you want a truck, get a truck you just have to find the best one for you. Get a tacoma v-6 crew cab, they are an all around great car. I for one don't buy imports but I really like the tacoma.
