i bought my 6.5in pro-comp kit off ebay. it was brand new and about 200 cheaper than magazines

found a 6" skyjacker kit while browsing through craigslist for $300. It's a higher lift than what you are looking for, but it's pretty cheap.

it's sold, i called about it on sunday. and the 4 inch lift on craigs list sold this past weekend too.

 

s13kyla, when you did the 05 front conversion, did you just change out the headlight mounting panel to mount the headlights? Did you keep the older grille and bumper? I have a set of 05 headlights that I was planning on installing to my superduty, but never got around to it.

 

imo...legit 4x4 companies sell stuff on there all the time,its not cheaper quality. take a look at my truck, the suspension is still intacted, even after i did the fab-tech drop shackles and swapped out stock block with a 4in one...

4wheelparts has the superlift 6 inch w/bilstein shocks for 1184.99 shipped....

that is the best deal i have found so far.

 

you can cut out the old header panel to fit the headlights, or get a new one from a place on powerstroke.org, or ebay. i think it was no more than 200 bucks, i don't have the old grille and bumper, but i would like to do a 08 conversion. saw it on a 00 excursion...looks pretty sweet...pricey though...about 2400 for everything.
