Last time I went out to Harper's Sq. there was a chain link fence across the cul de sac entrance.. I noticed you could get in between some of the Apartment units, but figured if they caught you back there at that point you couldn't plead ignorance anymore.. We wheel'd out there for years up into the red wing trails and whatnot, sad to see it finally shut down.
