The problem with Fairfax is that they have a small army as their police force with a huge budget.
So what's the problem with this? Fairfax is only 6 square miles. Do the math.

I'm taking about Fairfax "COUNTY". I can avoid the City of Fairfax but I have to drive on Rt 50, Rt 123, I66 and the Dullas toll road.

The VA lisence plate that says "Fight Terrorism" should give you points with the police. Plus it's supportive
On a lower level you could put "I Support VA Law Enforcement" stickers on your carlol

yeah, the only real way to excape them is by having a stock looking exhaust and if you are harrased about the noise just tell them you have a hole in your piping or soemthing and need to get it fixed...
