I am pretty sure i was pulled over by him but he let me go. He seemed pretty cool to me. He regonized me from the Milanos were i use to work and let me go. Told me i owed him one.

Read that!! I was also pulled by Jenkins, 2 tickets, 1 for racing and 1 for altered exhaust. He lives on 50 right by ffx pkwy and rugby road, so if you are in that area, watch ur shit. When I went to court he had like 15 other cases infront of me, and all I think like 9 of them were right there on rt 50. And he does have a reputation for giving out 4 or 5 tickets at a time, and asking u several times if u have NOS. I cant stand this cop, because first off, I wasnt guilty, 2ndly he lied in court. Long story short, I was goin 40 mph in 2nd gear, sum douche next to me decided to peel out and take off, I was way behind the car, not even speeding, but he pulls us both over for "racing". He changed his story in court, so far from the truth its not even funny. Complete BS. I have heard of so many people being pulled by him b4 this thread, he looks for any flashy car that has any kinda sound. I swear he will pull u over if u look at him the wrong way. Basically this cop gives no breaks, im not saying u wont get off in court, but if he pulls u over, u can expect a ticket.

I think it was because he always came in to get something to eat. That sucks but i cant agree he seemed nice to me but that was before i had my exhaust on and my car was only painted. maybe that was why. but you could be right.

Is he VSP now? I was pulled over once by him when he was FCPD and I had my civic.

i live right near fairoaks hospital there, hes prolly in my neighborhood, makes sence on the parking tickets and why i was pulled over for my exhaust in my neighborhood.

damn, i should invite him over for a chill session.

 

I got pulled over by jenkins before I got it worse than every one in here. he pulled me over for my exhuast I was sitting on a red light and he got behind me and I knew I was going to get pulled over so I drove the car quietly. soon as I passed the lights he pulls me over he asks normal questions like u know why I stopped u blah blah. ofcourse I said no then he said I am going to tow ur car because you have a illegal exhuast I was like what the fuck. that was the only reason he pulled me over. nothing else wrong with the car. so he calls the tow truck and then he said im going to take ur tags away and until you take the exhuast off he won't give them back. he said to call him once I do that and he will check it.
so I got the exhuast off and put on the stock exhuast and he came to check it and gave my tags back and when I went to court for the ticked he bs in front of the judge and said I took off at a high speed so judge gave me fine for 190 dollars plus court fee

I hate that mf

same thing he did to my friend couple of weeks later.

 

oh yeah, and when i got the exhaust ticket, asshole threatened to take my tags for a bald tired, i was basically in my driveway.
