I'm in a first name basis with mr jenkins, exhaust a few times, numerous parking tickets.

I live pretty close to the police station, he patrols 50 alot. hes definately been over for a few noise violations/parties too.

The only thing you guys need to do is this... get a petition for malicious prosecution and nail his ass. My BF and I tried this about 4 years ago (clear taillight era) and all people did was laugh at us... it's really not that hard. LMK and i'll write up a proposal or PM me with stories and tickets... you gotta fight for soemthing right?
