It's that freaking simple.

Everyone happen to have the R12 disposal unit in their garage to evacuate the system? What am I, the only one who doesn't have it???

I said "screw it" and converted to R134.
Burke Midas (Burke center pkwy behind starbucks) sucked the R12 outta my system for real cheap. Then, went home and installed the kit (from AutoZone). I only put 2 cans in (30 pounds... car says 32 MAX).
Whole conversion took 10 minutes. A/C blows cold and I am happy.
I'm available if anyone wants to do the conversion and needs an experienced eye.
