can anyone personally evacuate r12, or even have a friend who can do it for really cheap...payin 60+ bucks to give someone my expensive refrigerant is rediculous

Do it yourself in your driveway yard. Just watch out for the EPA agents.

dont really matter, being an individual he can do that and get slapped on the wrist for it.

still technically illegal, but not much to worry about.



being as all branches of the armed forces used to take a 30lb cylinder with a hose attached to it to clean circuit boards........

because you have to pay someone to refill your R12, but you can buy R134a at Walmart and fill it yourself
