So my brother is gonna get his permit soon and is looking for a car. He's looking for a newer GS-R so if anyone knows of any thatd be great. Any wyas thats besides the point. He's really interrested in the underglow laws and what colors if any he can drive with on. I know red and blue are illegal but I'm not sure on the laws so I told him I'd ask if anyone knows would they let me know thanks

 

underglows seem kinda 80's/early 90's. y would u want them anyway? they're illegal to have on, no matter wat color.

they are only illegal to have on while driving. when you are parked, or standing or basically when ever your e-brake is on they can be on

Ehhh I know hed love to look at it but I'm almost positive its outta his price range I'll ask him and PM you but I'm guessing he cant spend any more than 10

 

actually a new state law went into effect about 2 years ago. any neon on the outside is illegal whether on or off, they can ticket you for it. it will not pass a state inspection either. you can have themn on the inside but can only run them on private property on the inside
