Yeah you can get caught goin in different directions, i got caught like that and i asked a friends of mine whos dad is a cop and he said that it is a new thing. Somehow it works...

ya i believe now it keeps track of how fast you're moving and factors that into the speed it reads out, which i guess would make the calibration all the more important
