i got a ticket pulled over by a state trooper going 80 in a 55...any tips, i heard i need to contact a lawyer, and io heard to ask the judge for a certificate of calibration of the radar gun, any help?

 

There's only one place to get the certificate. It's behind Haynes on Virginia Beach Blvd.

And call these guys.

 

You can ask the Judge for the certificate and maitenance log for the Radar gun, but let me tell you radar guns are never that off parameter, trust me I know!!!!
Just be prepared!!

 

i got sentenced for 1 year all suspended but 11 months and i ended up serving 17 days somehow( your only supposed to serve half) .... that was with a failure to appear. i also had a concelaed weapon charge a week prior to that

 

Don't go the radar cal. route. Go the speedometer cal. route. I just off a ticket out in Suffolk that way. Best of luck.

 

check the # of the law you broke, like you know how they have to write the law # on you're ticket? well with my first wreckless the cop wrote the # wrong and i got out of it, go to your library and look up the # or just go to the police station and ask them to look it up

Yeah I'd suggest going the speedometer calibration route..I had to go to driving improvement a while back, and my teacher was cool as crap, he basically said you'll get a lot more slack if you get that tested. Most police state when they appear in front of the judge "I did a radar check to make sure it was in proper working condition blah blah blah" and the judge will believe him.

 

i got pulled over for racing a white 06 wrx sti down princess anne a couple weeks ago and i have court jan. 25th. we were doing atleast 140 in a 45 but the cop never clocked us cause by the time we got caught we were at a red light and he got us both. If the wrx sti i raced is on here pm me and good race by the way, you had me . DAMN UNDERCOVERS and one was an undercover silver mustang watch out.
