i used to run the toll all the time...all you hear is a bell ring...i never see a flash although im sure there is one....never had a letter or ever been pulled for it. Im sure they know most people might not have change so they have the gate arm up so if there is an issue...they just allow it.

I forget which news site it was on, but awhile ago a local woman got a ticket for something retarded like 70,000 dollars in built up toll fines.
