I was driving west towards dulles airport and saw a black guy with a grey or silver sport bike pulled over with two cop cars next to him. On my way back one of the cop cars was gone and so was the rider, but the bike was still there. I assume he was going rediculously fast or something and got arrested. Just wanted to see if anyone knew what happened.
