Not reading your Miranda rights just means that anything you say prior to hearing them might not be admissible in court. But that doesn't mean shit because regardless of what you said you are still guilty.

VCU cops are state boys. They are branched off of the state police station.

Then why do entire cases sometimes get dropped because Miranda Rights were not read?
